When you visit our website, we (or third parties) collect information, including cookies (or similar technologies such as pixels, web server logs, web beacons, server-side tracking, etc.) (collectively, “Cookies”). This information relates to you such as your use and interaction with the site, products purchased or considered, your preferences, browsing information, identifiers, your device, and inferences made from this information. We use Cookies on the Site to make the site work as you expect it to, to provide a more personalized web experience, and advertising. We do use features provided by Our service providers/data processors to collect or associate directly identifying information (such as name, phone number, email address) with other information collected by Cookies. They also help us track and replay a visitor’s journey on Our Sites to understand how visitors move around and interest with the Site. We also use this information for advertising-related purposes. We use Google Analytics Advertising Features to share information with Google about Your use of this site to allow Us to deliver relevant and personalized advertising or content to You on other sites and/or to other devices connected to You (cross-device advertising), to receive demographic and interest date from Google, and to create audience segments based on demographic and interest data. We have enabled the following Google Analytics Advertising Features: Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, Google Analytics Demographic and Interest Reporting, and integrated services that require Google Analytics to collect data for advertising purposes, including collecting data via marketing cookies and identifiers. We also use Google Signals, which allows Google Analytics to collect visit information and associate it with Google information from accounts of individuals signed-in to Google who have agreed to this association for purposes of ads personalization. - Marketing or Targeting Cookies: These Cookies are set through Our Site by Our advertising technology providers, primarily to provide cross-contextual behavioral advertising. They collect information about Your browsing history to build a profile of Your interests and understand Your habits to show You relevant advertisements from Us or other advertisers on other sites and/or to other devices connected to You (cross-device advertising), to limit the number of times You see an advertisement, measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign, and to improve their products and optimize their own ad targeting systems. We also use a data management platform (LiveRamp) (“DMP”) that uses Cookies to collect information about visitors to Our Sites. How Long Do We Retain Personal Information?
We will retain Personal Information about You for so long as You maintain an active account on our Site(s), as needed to provide You services, and as necessary to comply with Our legal and/or regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, to manage Our rights, and to enforce Our agreements. We do not control certain privacy settings and preferences maintained by Our social media partners like Facebook and Twitter. When Do We Share Personal Information?

Like many companies, however, We do share or make available personal information with third parties to facilitate Our advertising, including providing You with personalized advertising from Us about Our products and services on other third-party sites or online applications, In some US States, this type of activity is considered (1) a ‘sale’, (2) a ‘share’ or ‘use’ of personal information for targeted advertising, or (3) both, and subject to a right of opt-out.
